Cancellation PolicyWe require a 48 hour notice from the business day prior to your appointment for all cancellations. A $70 late cancel charge will be applied and charged to your credit/debit card on file for all late cancellations. "Lock outs" are considered a late cancellation and would result in the $70 charge. If you have not provided a key or code for access, and we are unable to access the home or office, a lock-out fee would be assessed. |
