We are not just offering you a guarantee; this is our personal promise.  When you use our services, if you are not absolutely 100% satisfied with our work, we will return and re-clean at no additional cost.  Just call our office within 24 hours, for a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas.  Because of the subjective nature of cleaning, refunds are not available unless a manager comes out to inspect any unsatisfactory work after the re-do has taken place.  If you are still unsatisfied with our re-clean, you may receive a refund of your money, plus, we will donate 100% of the refunded cost to Cleaning For A Reason (a non-profit charitable foundation that cleans homes for free for women suffering from cancer).  You’ll receive the freshest, healthiest, most thorough cleaning you’ve every seen, GUARANTEED.

Usually we can identify them during our initial consultation and let them know ahead of time if we are the right service for them.
