HOUSE CHECKING SERVICES


Arizona is a wonderful place to live and because of this, we have thousands of winter visitors that have second homes here.  Many arrive only for the winter and spring months and flee from our Phoenix heat in the summer months.  Don’t leave your homes unattended. For a small charge, we can visit your homes as often as you would like in your absence.   Our house checks include the following:
   
  •       Exterior check
  •       Check on condition of inside/outside plants
  •       Bring in mail/solicitations
  •       Check window, doors & lights
  •       Check for water leaks
  •       Flush toilets
  •       Water house plants
For an additional charge you can add a light cleaning to your house checks to keep up on the dusting and removal of bugs. Prior to your return you can schedule us to perform a thorough clean close to your arrival date, so that you come home to a clean and fresh house!

We can also arrange to unlock your house for other service businesses such as pest control or repair companies. If you are not in town you can rely on us to have a key to your home in case you need someone to get in for any reason.
